Resolved Question:

I have had a Apple iPad for about two years and suddenly it will not move. I have tried plugging in to recharge - no change. I also tried turning it off but again I cannot get the screen to move. Can you help me please.

Hi,I'm sorry about the issue. On the iPad, please press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check. Please reply back to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
