I'm sorry about the issue. Please select your email account on the left, then click on the Update List button if available.
, then click on the View menu at the top, then make sure there is no check mark next to Subscribed Only; if there is, then click on it once to uncheck it.
- If needed, click on the arrow icon on the left window to expand folders (i.e., maybe there is an arrow icon on the left in Inbox, and/or double-click on Inbox, and/or there may be other arrow icon), and check.
If that does no work, what email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?
Do you have POP or IMAP setting for your email in Entourage?
If you test going to your email website, and sign in there, then do you see those folders / emails at your email website?
Do you have Mac OS X version 10.5, 106, 10.7, 10.8, etc.?
