Long ago I update to QX 10.5. IK want to update to 2015. When I try to set up to the 2015, the assistant ask me to for the validation code. I asked for and got the one begins with 22V and ends with R4Y, but the assistant indicate that it is wrong.

Try entering the code with CAPS LOCK activated. (That is, after pressing the CAPS LOCK key once.)

Then try entering the code with CAPS LOCK Off, if the above fails. But otherwise, enter it exactly the same (and correctly.)

Also make sure that you have the code correctly. If you wrote it down, for instance, you might copy V so that it looks like Y, and so forth. If printed out, make sure it is printed out quite clearly. If there is any possible ambiguity about one character of the validation code, be sure to try it either way.

If you have the validation code in an email, it might be best to try highlighting it, in that email, then copying it, then paste-ing it into the validation code entry box. If that is possible.
