Can you will need to do the following please
Press the windows key + X then control panel, programs, uninstall a program
Uninstall the below software in the following order. Then, restart your computer.
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Once you have restarted, install iTunes again from my link belowhttp://www.apple.com/itunes/download
Once done, it should then work.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you.
