If you use btinternet email, please try the following fix:STEP 1:- Please go to the BT website below:http://www.bt.com, then there, click on Email, then sign in your btinternet email and password ***** see if it works or not- Note: If you cannot sign in your btinternet email address at the above website, then please reset your btinternet email password ***** the website below:https://register.btinternet.com/cgi-bin/load_page?page=/selfhelp/pwdRst_username.html- If there is still issue with signing in your btinternet email account, please click on the website below to contact BT:https://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact/c/5627,5634STEP 2:- Once you are able to sign in your btinternet email at the bt.com website successfully, then please try the following:1.
