My safari is blocked by a scam wanting me to pay £100 with

My safari is blocked by a scam wanting me to pay £100 with a pay safe card... Please help!

To resolve this, please do the following.
Press the "Command-Option-Esc" keys to launch the "Force Quit Applications" window.
Choose safari and force close it.
Then hold SHIFT and with it held down, open Safari.
Keep shift held down, till its open, then Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data....
Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.
Once done, close Safari, then open Safari and it should be fine.
If you have any problems, or would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

What are the Command Option Esc keys?

You have command or CMD, Option or ALT and the ESC key in the top left
I can call and step you through this if its easier?

ah ok, it was specified Mac computer here, then you do the instructions this way as its different
On the ipad, go to Settings, Safari, Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on Advanced.
Tap on Website Data. ...
Scroll to the bottom again and tap on Remove All Website Data.
Safari will then function correctly again
