Hello and Thank You for choosing JUSTANSWER.com

.

The previous expert has Opted-Out, and I have taken over the question.

I have read through the CHAT TRANSCRIPT you had with previous expert, and understand you are in need of a Password ***** Username.

But theres a Primary question I dont know .....

What the password ***** username you forgot, are used for? Meaning, what account does it Log you into?

How do you access the Login screen?

When was the last time you Logged in?

Have you forgotten the password ***** the past, and able to RESET or RECOVER it?

Expert:  Mike the Mac Medic replied 1 year ago.

Is this the computer user password? Normally you are the administrator. Please go to the Apple logo at the upper left of your computer screen to About This Mac and give me this information:
• The exact system Version (listed right under OS X ??)
• Processor
• Memory
