How do you access the Login screen?
When was the last time you Logged in?
Have you forgotten the password ***** the past, and able to RESET or RECOVER it?
Is this the computer user password? Normally you are the administrator. Please go to the Apple logo at the upper left of your computer screen to About This Mac and give me this information: • The exact system Version (listed right under OS X ??) • Processor • Memory
