Have you put the iPad in Recovery Mode? Do you see the iTunes logo and cable on the screen of the iPad?

Expert:  David replied 10 months ago.

The picture you should see on the iPad is in this article:

Does your iPad have this picture on screen?

Expert:  David replied 10 months ago.

If so continue with the rest of the steps in the article to restore the iPad.

Expert:  David replied 10 months ago.

Next open iTunes on your computer.

Expert:  David replied 10 months ago.

When it asks to update or restore, choose restore.

Restore takes a few minutes.

When it finishes do not choose to recover from a backup.

When it finishes disconnect and setup your iPad.

Let me know how it's going, thanks.
