i carnt use my device at all and its saying apple i.d locked for security reasons can u do anything
Assistant: What OS X (Operating System, e.g. Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, etc.) or iOS are you running?
Customer: its says connect to itunes apart from that i cudnt tell u its been like this awhile now
Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: nor it wont allow me to do anything except emergency calls
Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none im not very upto date on technology and gadgits ssorry

Customer: no i will need to reset my password ***** i have a pad and need to log into to activate after been reset

If you have forgotten your Apple ID you used, you can retrieve i via the link below

Once done, you will likely need to reset your password ***** this you can do via my link below

https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid

Use the link to reset your password ***** once done use this new password
Once done, you can use these details to sign in on your device
