Unable to send emails. Advised to contact you by Plusnet. Using iMAC 7 + years old. Error message that account does not have a preferred outgoing mail server. Select server from list below. However no list shown.

Follow the steps below to start remote support session.

On your computer,open or go to this link --> http://www.justanswer.co.uk/remotedesktop/join.aspx?Session=ec06b8da-f5e5-49e8-9c69-a90e5d97da7c&Type=Java

Follow the onscreen instructions to establish connection. If an application named Elsinore Screen Connect is downloaded, open it and let it connect. If asked for permission, allow it.

If you get any security error, then go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy and click Open Anyway there or choose Anyway there. Then redo the above steps.

Unable to open download Elsinore. Has to come from Apple Store!

Apple blocks most of all apps downloaded from internet. I will send another remote link in a few minutes

Follow the onscreen instructions to connect. An application named Citrix Online Launcher or GotoAssist opener will be downloaded. Then open the Citrix Online Launcher GotoAssist opener file you see there and then open the Citrix Online Launcher or GotoAssist opener application. You can also open it from Downloads. Open Citrix Online Launcher or GotoAssist opener file. Allow permission to connect or Join session if asked.

(If you don't see the downloaded Citrix Online Launcher or GotoAssist opener file, then click on the Finder icon on dock, then click on Go menu and select Downloads. This will bring Downloads folder. Now you see a file named "Citrix Online Launcher.dmg" or "GotoAssist opener " file there. Double click on it to open)
