Hello,
Thanks for your question.
Low white cell count can be seen with chronic inflammatory conditions.
The inflammation under your stomach can be suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's disease for example.
Celiac disease is another possibility which can cause these symptoms.
Also low platelet count can cause nose bleeds.
This should be checked.
Eosinophilic gastritis is another possibility.
Food allergy testing is often not accurate as we found out from various studies.
That means, you may be reacting against foods but the tests do not detect them well.
From current studies, we found a strict adherence to the elimination diet helps with eosinophilic gastritis well.
You should focus on avoiding soy, wheat, corn, egg, milk, peanut, and seafood.
The results are very encouraging after 4 to 6 weeks of adherence.
It is very much doable and still inexpensive diet.
The elimination diet will help your immune system to calm down and the symptoms will gradually improve.
Please go to this link on detailed description of the elimination diet.

It is better you work with a nutritioninst to address your diet.
Your gastroenterologist can also help you find one good nutritioninst in your area.
Prednisone can be used in low dosage 20 mg daily in short courses if required.
But dietary discretion will provide the best treatment to your condition.
