Hi--any itching? Any eye pain or watering? Are the areas just red or is there any blistering or scaling?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

No there's no itching. Slight roughness , ? slight scaliness on eyelids

OK--just one more question--have you tried any antihistamines or topical creams or lotions for this?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

nothing othere than moisturizers , one water-based ,others creamier...

Expert:  Dr. Chip replied 4 years ago.
OK. I would suggest trying both an oral antihistamine like benadryl or Claritin along with a cortisone-based cream applied three times a day for a week to see if it clears up. This sounds like an eczema problem and if it doesn't clear with that you'll need a prescription strength cortisone cream for it.
