Hello
Where is the pain exactly
What did the colonoscopy show?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Can start in lower abdomen in the middle or LHS. The colonscopy was routine as my mother had Colon cancer. Divistula were identified but not infected,

Expert:  Dr. Thomas, MD replied 3 years ago.
LHS?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Left Hand side

Up under the ribs, next to the navel, or lower?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Starts lower but as it progresses I feel discomfort under ribs on both sides.

Expert:  Dr. Thomas, MD replied 3 years ago.
Ok
This sounds like irritable bowel syndrome.
What is your doctor saying?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes that is what he thinks but how come I didnt have it prior to colonoscopy or at least not as frequent.

Expert:  Dr. Thomas, MD replied 3 years ago.
There is no explanation for that unless the scope caused more anxiety and worry
did it?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Possibly. but it wasnt the first time. Is there anything I can do for IBS

Expert:  Dr. Thomas, MD replied 3 years ago.
Yes diet is often neglected
Tell me what you eat, meal to meal, typical day
