My boyfriend has been in bed since half 9 last night so hasn't moved for around 17 hours. he's finding it hard to keep his eyes open. barely long enough to say a sentence. has a high temperature, headache, muscle ache and is finding it hard to pass bowel movements also. what can this be? it's worrying

this can be meningitis

infection of the brain can cause all these symptoms.

Bacterial meningitis is more common.
