Some of these over-the-counter drugs include Dristan Nasal Spray, Medications with chloropromine, fluspiriline, Nyquil, Contac, Sudafed, Allerest, Tavist-D, Deimetapp, Phenergan-D, Robitussin Cold and Flu, Dexatrim, Acutrim, Vicks Inhaler, and Afrin.
Asthma medications like Marax, Bronkaid tablets and Primatine Tabs are also noted. Prescription medications that produce false positive results in urine testing include benzphetamine, fenfluramine, Redux, phentermine, Dexedrine, Ritalin, Cylert and Eldepryl, among others.

will proair (albuteral sulfate) or flonasal cause a positive test for meth?
Albuterol is NOT documented as a cause for false positive screening drug tests for methamphetamine.
Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray is also not known to show false positive on urine drug tests.
When the specimen is tested with GC/MS at the lab, the test should be negative if you have not used methamphetamine since GC/MS technology is NOT subject to this false positive issue.
Any further questions???
