Lymph nodes are like bumps and hey can get enlarged or bigger.
Commonly, infection and inflammation cause the.
Infections like viral infection, bacteial and fungal infection can cause them.
Auto immune disorder like sarcoidosis can also cause swollen lymph nodes.
Another serious possibility is cancer like lymphoma or leukemia.
Lymph node biopsy should be able to establish the specific diagnosis.
If there is no cancer, this should not be concerning.
However, in your case lymphoma is more likely.

Also your heart should be checked again to rule out heart failure.
Pulmonary embolism or blood clot in the lungs also should be ruled out.

yes that should be considered.
If you have thrombus in aorta, this can also be present in the lung blood vessels causing oxygen problem.
MWH initially, then warfarin should be started.
You should see improvement in your symptoms with LMWH and warfarin.
