Hello from JA
What is your height and weight?
Have you had thyroid testing...if so what is the TSH?
Have you had an MRI of the neck?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

height is 5'5"

weight is 14 stone

I have had tests for under and over active thyroid both were clear I dont know what you mean by TSH?

I haven't had a MRI

TSH is a specific part of the thyroid blood test, and guidelines have change.

Even though labs say normal is up to 5, in reality 3 and higher is hypothyroid.

So patients need to be warry and check the exact numbers as this is now under diagnosed.

The obesity is clearly the main problem here, but you will not lose weight if your TSH is over 2.5.

Needs to be checked now.

Diet is another issue.

Adrenal function should be checked with an AM cortisol.

The arm symptoms imply a pinched nerve in the neck, and physical medicine assessment is needed as well as weight loss , exercise and the correct physical therapy in this case.

I have pins and needles and severe cramp in my leg as well as my arm, this has only just started in the past three to four weeks whereas my headaches have been happening for months, there is no issues with my neck but it has been examined by the GP

what do suggest is causing the constant tiredness, hot flushes, dizzyness, forgetfulness and diarrhoea?

Thryoid imblanace
Adrenal imblance
Estrogen dominance.

In these investigations an endocrinologist is the specialist.
As far as your arm and leg, an orthopedist should examin this..it can still be your spine, and you can't tell on regular exam in most instances.

Diabetes should always be ruled out.

Obesity causes a hyperinflammtory state, cholesterol problems, problems with hormones, etc.

And problems with the spine.
