I am currently suffering fatigue and low energy levels
My blood results show I am defficient in Iron with Iron level at 6 umol/L
Transferrin Sat. At 10 per cent and LYMP at 1.2 -109/1

you should have your thyroid levels checked and your liver enzymes checked to check for cirrhosis and liver dysfunction.
