Hello from JA
You need to see an ENT specialist , or any docotor first, today.
This can be inner ear infection and in some cases can result in hearing loss.
It is not easy to get into the ENT office the same day but is possible in some cases.
If you can not, go to the ER or call your family doctor and get help to arrnage this, and have them look in your ears.
This can also be benign vertigo.
In much more rare cases it can be a brain problem like a tumor.
So this requires immdiate evaluation.
Most likely cause is viral infection.
