i wanted to kno if i could have advise on mental conditions such as anxiety
what questions do you have?
i get major anxiety attacks sometimes to the point that it feels as if im seriously unwell how do beat this and how can i tell when its anxiety and when its serious
Well, anxiety is never life threatening
So you can concentrate on that
but the important thing is to work on things which help reduce stress
as well as what to do when you have an anxiety attack
meditation, yoga, exercise help reduce stress
Don't drink caffeine
In terms of what to do when you have an anxiety attack
you can do certain breathing exercises
But the most important thing to remember is no matter how bad your attack is,
YOU WILL SURVIVE IT
IT IS NOT LIFE THREATENING
IT IS NOT DANGEROUS
but with the symptoms the attacks have how cn i tell whether its just an attack or if im seriously unwellas i have other physical health conditions also i am quite likely to become uwell cos of those
what other conditions do you have?
so for example if havin difficultly breathing for example i can sometimes not tell if its an attack or is it renal related i have renal failure and spinal bifida and hydro capholus
and depression and anxiety
why do you have renal failure?
not a clue i was born with both working then one failed the othersomehow just shrunk
well, for one, you should do the things to prevent attacks
that will help
and secondly, if you do have an attack, try the breathing techniques
if this is an anxiety attack, you will feel yourself getting better
if you are truly ill, then you will not get better and you may get worse

yes i did im not sure i fully understand tho as i have tried so many tequnics and breathing and nothing its like im living prisoned inside my own fear with voice 24 7 sayin something bad will happen to you
