Hello. I'm Dr. Phil, licensed and practicing internist. Excellent service is my goal.

Thanks for this excellent question

I'm very sorry about this problem

I need to ask further questions in order to gather information and provide you with the best answer possible.

1)Are you undergoing a full sex change or just orchiectomy?

2)is the surgery scheduled?

3)Have you seen a local doctor for this?

Hi
I have some additional information.
Any surgical procedure which involves removing the testicles, for non-medical reasons, requires a psychology evaluation and approval.
Even if you are not undergoing a full sex operation, the surgeon who is operating on you will need this done before you have the procedure.
They want to make sure that you are psychologically prepared for the procedure and for the sequelae after- removing testicles is a big deal, no matter how ready you are for it.

I hope this helps.

Positive feedback is appreciated :-)

I appreciate your request. It is generally mandatory that you receive a full psychiatric evaluation before a procedure like this.Unfortunately this cannot be done online. You should seek out a doctor in your area.please let me know your general location and I can help you find one. thanks.

I am happy to help you find the psychologist who will write you the note. I have done the same for another customer on this website from the UK and she was very pleased and had the sex change done shortly thereafter ;-)
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Thankyou for the information .I just want a bilateral orchidectomy plus circumcision not a full sex change operation. I would be very hapy if you could get the psychologist to write me the note so I can have the operation as I a long history of transvestitism and have my doctors full support

Unfortunately, this can't be done online

As experts on this site, we provide help and information only.

We can't directly interact with your doctors.

There is a website with online counselors that might be able to help

I suggest you check it out or see a psychologist in person

Here is the link to that site

I'm sorry and good luck
