JACUSTOMER-j8go7vz3- :

no problems urinating taken ibuprofen helps till it rears off

JACUSTOMER-j8go7vz3- :

no the pain did not start from lifting

Mysticdoc :

ok

Mysticdoc :

based on your description this is likely muscular pain.

Mysticdoc :

Commonly occurs from the faulty sleeping position, bending, lifting etc.

Mysticdoc :

Ibuprofen does help and may require longer duration of treatment usually 7 days at 400 to 600 mg 3 to 4 times daily with food.

Mysticdoc :

A muscle relaxant can also help with the faster recovery.

Mysticdoc :

Kidney stone is another possibility --urinary symptoms may not be present always.

Mysticdoc :

Other conditions like intestinal problem would have caused additional symptoms like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain etc.

Mysticdoc :

Physical therapy will be helpful besides medications to prevent any recurrence in future.

Mysticdoc :

You should discuss these options with your GP.

Mysticdoc :

Best wishes,
