Do you have the pain towards the back or front?
Do you have any nausea, vomiting, or any other symptoms?
Have you tried any medication?
How long you have this pain?
i have had this pain for about 4 days no vomiting i have the pain back and front
any problem with urination?
Did the pain start after lifting any heavy thing or from bending?
no problems urinating taken ibuprofen helps till it rears off
no the pain did not start from lifting
based on your description this is likely muscular pain.
Commonly occurs from the faulty sleeping position, bending, lifting etc.
Ibuprofen does help and may require longer duration of treatment usually 7 days at 400 to 600 mg 3 to 4 times daily with food.
A muscle relaxant can also help with the faster recovery.
Kidney stone is another possibility --urinary symptoms may not be present always.
Other conditions like intestinal problem would have caused additional symptoms like nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain etc.
Physical therapy will be helpful besides medications to prevent any recurrence in future.
You should discuss these options with your GP.
