Doctor Cameron :

hello

Doctor Cameron :

welcome to the chat

Doctor Cameron :

have you taken any over the counter medications?

Doctor Cameron :

It does not appear that you are online right now

Doctor Cameron :

I would suggest that you try some over the counter medications like robitussin

Doctor Cameron :

BUt if you are having headache and phlegm, it suggests that you may have some sinus congestion

Doctor Cameron :

you can take a decongestant like sudafed to dry this up

Doctor Cameron :

The coughing of phlegm can mean you are clearing the infection, but with the headaches, I would consider the decongestant

Doctor Cameron :

you can also take motrin and tylenol for pain

Doctor Cameron :

let me know if you have further questions.

No, you do not need to see a doctor
you can take pseudoephedrine tablets- this will help clear up the mucus.
As well, you can take robitussin syrup for cough
