Are you having your regular periods?

When did you have your last period? When is your next period due?

When did you have sexual encounter?

Hello Lauren,

These are not direct signs of pregnancy.

The most obvious way to tell whether you are pregnant or not is when you miss your period.

This is usually the first sign that a person is pregnant.

If you are having your normal periods, then do not worry - you are not pregnant. If your due date of period has not yet come, then wait for your due date.

If you do not have your normal period, then there is a chance of pregnancy. You can do an OTC pregnancy test to confirm this. If your period still has not come after 15 days, then show your doctor for this.

So the best test for pregnancy is really whether you are having periods or not.
