Hello from JA
You should have reference ranges for each value from the lab.

Please type these in with your results.

Expert:  DrRussMD replied 3 years ago.
OK
For one thing have you had a urological exam
Testosterone level?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

what is your advice ?

Expert:  DrRussMD replied 3 years ago.
You need to see a urologist, have an exam and ultrasound.
You need to make sure you don't have a varicocele, or other anatomic problem that might lower sperm count.
You need a testosterone level to see if it is normal.
If all is normal, then if you are trying to have a baby with your wife you would need to talk to the urologist about seeing a specialist.

I don't know what work up you have had as you did not answer this question...but to treat this needs the work up.
