Kidney problem can be related to that.
Stopping the medication is appropriate till further information is gather from tests.
Ultrasound of the kidneys is required as well.
Usually, with hydration IV fluids, the kidney function should improve in most cases.
In some cases, additional treatment like steroids may be required.
Also blood pressure, cholesterol should be controlled.
