is the rash itchy?
does it go away with time?
do you use a condom or no condom ?
sometimes sex or intercourse can cause a bit of trauma to the tip of the penis and cause redness for a few days.
this is common and is called abrasion dermatitis.
are you circumcised or not?
are you cleaning under the foreskin regularly when you wash?
and pulling back the foreskin and washing with soap and water daily?
that is good.
sometimes dry skin on the glands penis can cause redness which can be made worse after ejaculation of the glands penis.
if you wash very frequently with strong harsh antibactrial soaps, the skin of the glands penis could be dry.
the skin is dry?
you can try some moisturizers on the tip of the penis after you shower each day
also you can change to a milder soap like dove and see if that helps.
and use something like aquafore which is a good moisturizer which can help the tip of the penis not to be so dry.
which might help it not be so red when you ejaculate
I don't think so.
this would not be a typical symptom of STD.
STD tends to cause things like penile discharge
or painful ulcers on the penis or skin.
this doesn't sound like it.
it is just red skin of the tip of the penis, correct which is not itchy or painful.
