The permanent tooth if intact, should be implanted as soon as possible.
Th viability remains for an hour usually.
The tooth can be stored in cold milk to prolong the viability.
The tooth should be handled by the crown to avoid any damage to the periodontal ligaments.
The gum should be rinsed with tap water.
Please do not scrub the tooth.
The tooth then should be placed inside the socket.
Your child should bit on a gauze piece or clean towel to keep the tooth in place.
THis applies for all the tooth which have been knocked off.
Please contact his doctor as soon as possible.
He should be seen by the pediatric dentist at the earliest to preserve the teeth.

Can you confirm that this only applies to the whole tooth coming out or does this also apply to when a tooth has been fractured?
That it should be re-fixed if possible with an 1 hour.
