Customer Question

sometimes i feel completely emotionless, things that would normally move people to tears doesnt affect me, other times i feel excessive emotions over the littlest thing, what most people would ignore as trivial, i seem to have an overwhelming sadness and i constantly think people are only intending to do harm, i cannot understand my emotions at all and its holding me back in getting anything done, its ruined a lot of my relationships with loved ones, i really need someone to help me understand this, its been going on since childhood and im in my thirties now. is this normal? do i have a mental disorder of some sort and what can i do to help myself

Start with your family doctor/GP.

If needed psychological testing should also be done.
