Hi. Actually you should only work on one body part once a week. You can train daily, but, for example, if you're working on your pecs, then you should only do that particular exercise once a week.

The muscles need time both to recover and to begin to build extra muscle. If you overwork a muscle group it can actually injure the muscle and prevent significant growth
