Dr. David :

This is Dr. David

Dr. David :

it sounds like your partner is not being a very fair partner to you.

Dr. David :

you have to work out this care funds with him.

Dr. David :

you can separate from him and not live with him anymore.

Dr. David :

that might be the best option.

Dr. David :

that way you can separate and cut ties with him and he will not be allowed to use your care allowance money.

Dr. David :

once you threaten to separate from him, he might be more cooperative.

Dr. David :

until then, he probably will continue to use your funds.

Dr. David :

hello?

Dr. David :

do you have questions?

JACUSTOMER-ss836ogl- : I have tried so hard to explain what the carer thing means and why he gets the money but he won't listen and keeps saying I don't have to do anything it's my money and does nothing to help me with my house hold chores refuses to do anything he goes in the garden and fiddles with bikes all day as that's his hobby sells them on eBay and sits on the sofa watching his programmes or goes for a lay down or goes off to bootfair's leaving me alone after I have had multiple seizures as well I am one of the new VNS model surgical patients at kings college hospital and I have numerous other medical problems!
Dr. David :

I see.

Dr. David :

are you willing to separate from him?

Dr. David :

are you married to him?

Dr. David :

it sounds like you might benefit from couples counseling

Dr. David :

although it sounds like he is not willing to go.

Dr. David :

hello?

JACUSTOMER-ss836ogl- : Is there any other way to stop him receiving the carer's allowance and I have thought about separation but my fear is he will have nowhere to go
Dr. David :

you can open a new bank account

Dr. David :

and have your care allowance deposited into your own bank account

JACUSTOMER-ss836ogl- : Sorry my internet cut out, I am willing try councilling in the meantime where do I go to stop him getting the money
Dr. David :

you have to open up a new bank account.

Dr. David :

and have your carers account funds deposited into your own bank account.

JACUSTOMER-ss836ogl- : Do I contact the DLA or do I contact somewhere else
Dr. David :
