do you have a history of increased anxiety or panic symptoms?
No i do not have history of that
how fast is your heart rate?
i dont have a monitor but i cheaked it from my neck and it was around 80-85 beats per minute
high thyroid hormone function can cause fast heart rate and heart palpitations
but usually high thyroid hormone levels do not cause shortness of breath
you are 19 years old?
usually at your age, heart problems are not common.
yeah 19 and i smoke maybe the shortness of breath it coming from that
most likely not.
usually you have to smoke for years and years and decades for smoking to cause shortness of breath.
I don't think you have been smoking for that long.
you should see a doctor and get blood testing to check for thyroid hormone levels
and see if that is elevated.
and see if you have excessive anxiety
or possible panic attacks.
do you have any other questions?

and also little effort makes my heart increase like walking up stairs
