This is Dr. David
when you bend over, you can have a lot of blood rush to your head and this can often cause head pain
this is not an indicator of disease if you don't feel headaches or have neurological symptoms at other times.
Ok, so nothing to worry about?
no, I would not stress about this.
sometimes increasing how much you exercise and making sure you drink enough fluids can help your circulation
Why would the pain be localised to one side?
so this doesn't happen when you bend over quickly.
your blood vessels or your pain receptors might be more sensitive on that one side
when you bend over.
No I can bend slowly and feel the pain it seems to be because my head is upside down
yes, when your head is upside down, but will rush to your head quickly.
not all of our blood vessels are exactly the same one side compared to the other .
OK thank you.
you are welcome
best of luck to you
