Hi--can you tell me more about the pain and has she ever had it before? Any shortness of breath, nausea, or cough?

And about the shortness of breath nausea or cough? Does it hurt more if she takes a deep breath?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

sorry cannot get through to spain at the moment

No problem but this could be a pulmonary embolus and if all she had was a chest x-ray and not at least an EKG and blood work, that alone wouldn't rule out either the embolus or a heart attack. I wish you and I had more information here but those would be my primary concerns here. She definitely needs to see a doctor immediately on her return from Spain
