Hello

I am Doctor Thomas, double board certified doctor in internal medicine and integrative medicine. I will start by asking you a question or by giving you an answer based on your information provided so far. I will be here to follow up with any further questions or concerns you might have.

It should not be very painful.
Mild pain only.
If very painful this raises the issues of fit, fit or not.
And, inflammation, was there inflammation and pain.

You have not answered the question fully. Iasked if it was alright to leave a pessary 10 months before changing it.

Expert:  DrRussMD replied 3 years ago.
No
Standard of care would be to change them every 4 to 6 months.
