Dr. Shahzad MD :

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Are you on any medications for anything?

Customer:

only statins been taking them for few years

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Have you been seen for this?

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Any tests recently?

Customer:

no

Dr. Shahzad MD :

How many stools do you pass everyday?

Customer:

I need to go about 4-5 times but it is watery or just to pass wind which can be sort of explosive, sorry to be strange expression

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Do you have cramping/pain when passing stool?

Customer:

no pain passing, just tummy gets sort of bloated, and need to go to toilet can hold it in

Customer:

sorry CANT hold it in

Dr. Shahzad MD :

I understand

Dr. Shahzad MD :

I think that you need to be seen for this as you may require an antibiotic

Dr. Shahzad MD :

I think that a stool examination is required in your case

Dr. Shahzad MD :

I would also do routine blood tests to rule out mal-absorption which may be happening.

Customer:

ok will go and make an appointment with doctor and look up what ...mal-absorption is ?

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Malabsorption means that the intestine is not absorbing nutrients properly

Dr. Shahzad MD :

This can be due to infection or celiac disease just to name a couple of causes

Customer:
