Dr. Shahzad MD :

Hi there. Thank you for your question. I will be helping you out with your queries

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Since how long are you having this problem?

Customer: Over two weeks now
Dr. Shahzad MD :

Do you have a cold or any other symptoms?

Customer: No cold I just find myself in the mornings dizzy and I lie down for some minutes like I'm doing now, also weak
Dr. Shahzad MD :

ok

Dr. Shahzad MD :

With the symptoms that you are mentioning, you are most likely having a viral infection.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

This infection usually lasts for a couple of weeks, sometimes even more and settles.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

Meanwhile for the dizziness you can take betahistine 8 mg twice daily.

Dr. Shahzad MD :

For the blocked ear you should take pseudoephedrine (sudafed)

Customer: But I have headache at times too
Dr. Shahzad MD :

If your symptoms do not improve I would suggest that you should be examined by an ENT (ear, nose, throat doctor). The headache that you are having may also be a part of the viral infection as well or may be related to your blocked ear or dizziness that you are having.

Customer: After some minute I feel ok without using anything
Customer: My breast hurts
Dr. Shahzad MD :

How are your periods?

Customer: I saw my period last in jan 13th
Dr. Shahzad MD :

are they regular?

Customer: Yes very regular
Dr. Shahzad MD :

I personally think that using something like betahistine for the dizziness and pseudoephedrine for the blocked ear should help with your symptoms and headache.

Customer: Ok tnx I will try it out
Dr. Shahzad MD :

You are most welcome
Take care
Wish you all the best.
