you need better protein than just cheese.
the way to gain weight and to maintain insulin level is to eat foods with high protein, low fat and complex carbohydrates.
brown rice, beans, fish, nuts, chicken, lean pork, egg whites, peanut butter.
and along with whole grains and fruits and vegetables.
stay away from refined sugar and processed foods and white flour
and you also need to exercise to help gain muscle mass.
thank you that is great - any additional ideas on vegetables that could help would be great, not a natural protien lover so the grains and nuts thing could be ideal, any other ideas?
you an get good protein from greek yogurt.
beans are a good source of protein as well.
cheese and dairy some.
broccoli and spinach and any green leafy vegetables are good for you.
have high iron and calcium and minerals
