Hello
To stay within the NHS she will need to see your GP and get a referral.

If you want to take a more direct approach use this web page

http://www.bps.org.uk/psychology-public/find-psychologist/find-psychologist

This has a variety of options for finding a practitioner.

Thanks for getting back. I reckon going through NHS will take ages so I will go direct. But before I commit my daughter to this process I would like to know my observations are not baseless. My worry is that my daughter can make up very serious stories about parents (things we have not done at all, like beating her, stealing her money while on the contrary we pay generous pocket money), stealing her brother's money or using gadgets late in the night risking confiscation (e.g. we confiscated her tablet for 3 months for playing until 4 pm) but repeat the same thing the same day she got it back.

I just feel powerless and need help.

Thanks

Charles

In this case a good family therapist.
Most PhD clinical psychologists are trained in family therapy.

This is a more powerful context to help an individual member of the family, as even if there are individual sessions, the family is brought in to learn new communications.
