it would be very very very very unlikely for you to have MS.
MS patients usually can't run 1/2 marathons.
occasional pins and needles is most likely from mild pinched nerve or temporary lack of blood flow into the legs like after you cross your legs for too long.
a protruding lumbar disk on the sciatica nerve could very well cause occasional pins and needles in your legs as well.
it doesn't sound like you have MS

most likely not from MS
this is called somatization.
and when your anxiety is bad and you are worried about symptoms, then you can develop these symptoms.
your brain can play tricks on you like this.
