I suffer from sore thighs, they are not sore all the time,

I suffer from sore thighs, they are not sore all the time, just when someone touches them too hard, they really hurt, if my child is on my lap and goes to get up, putting her weight on my thighs im in immense pain?

No I've just kept it to the back of my mind thinking it was normal but I know it's not, like I day they don't hurt at all when I'm walking or anything like that, just when someone puts a bit of pressure on them they really hurt

I suspect you have fibromyalgia

It is a nerve hypersensitivity issue
