i had a kidney stone last summer but never felt it pass now

i had a kidney stone last summer but never felt it pass now the doctor says i have blood in my urine could i still have the stone but have not had any pain since last year thank you.

It is possible but not likely.
You could have a scan to see what it going on.
This could also be march hematuria, which is blood for unknown reasons, but harmless.

A culture should also be done on the urine, as well as a protein to creatinine ratio.

i cant see the blood with my eyes.what else could it be.

March hematuria is typically not visible in many cases.
Stone
March hematuria
Infection
Intrinsic kidney disease.
Those are the main possibilities.

could i have cancer

Not likely at age 48.
However, if there is that concern, a urologist can look into the bladder with a scope. Cancer would not be first on my list however.
