Hi for the past few weeks I have been experiencing the following:- Headaches Tiredness

Hi for the past few weeks I have been experiencing the following:-
Headaches
Tiredness
Stomach feels nervous, and getting stomach pains which make me feel offish and radiate through to my back
Heart feels as if it is racing sometimes
Normally suffer from constipation, but am going to the toilet much more frequently than normal.

I lost my husband last year, and have a business which at times can be stressful

Any ideas, as I am getting a bit worried now, as I thought things might go away after a few weeks.

You can modify your diet a bit.

Avoid caffeine, soda, alcohol for now.

You can also try a lactose free diet --avoiding dairy products.

Also reduce the dietary fibers a bit --like fruits without skins, boiled vegetables.

These changes will help with the stomach problem.

As long as there is no blood loss through stool, or significant weight loss or anemia, you do not need to worry.
