Sudden urge to defecate with cloudy water suggests pus coming out mixed with stool.
This is commonly seen with proctitis or rectal infection.
Infection of the rectum will increase the urge to defecate.
The infection is possible even with normal bacterial flora in the intestine.
If there is no blood in the stool, then this is not a serious infection.
however, you are better off consider a course of antibiotic with ciprofloxacin after consulting with your GP.
You can try a probiotic daily meanwhile and follow a bland diet --avoid any hot and spicy food, alcohol, caffeine.
Why does it only happen exactly every 2 days? Sometimes the water isn't cloudy. I started taking a calcium drug recently (Accrette D3), could it be connected to this?
