Hi there. Thank you for your question. I will be helping you out with your queries
Since how long are you having this pain?
Do you have any other medical problems?
Are you on any medications for anything?
Please answer the questions that I have posted above so that I can help you out.
Have you been seen for this?
Have you had any tests for this like an MRI of your back?
Have you had an MRI of your lower back?
I personally think that you should be further investigated for this with an MRI of your lower back pain to see whats the cause of this. The most common cause of this kind of pain is due to degenerative disc disease.
This diagnosis is confirmed by doing an MRI of your lower back.
If there is a degenerative disc disease proven on MRI then you may require surgery to help with this. In addition to surgery there are other options like injections like epidural infections or spinal cortisone injections that can help.

MRI is a special kind of x-ray to have a look at your back.
In our back there are bones called vertebrae and between the bones there are discs.
When the discs wear out with time or with physical activity its called degenerative disc disease.
The discs press on nerves and cause pain.

Since how long are you having this shoulder pain?
Also ten years?
Please let me know
This again seems most likely to be due to degenerative disease of the shoulder joint.
Wear and tear (degenerative disease) can affect almost any joint in the body and is particularly common in the back and the shoulder.
