culture yielded: growth of staph.spp

It means the staph bacteria was in the sample.
Usually this is contamination, not an infection.

It could be infection if there are enough organisms.

This is a reasonable sample
What are you worried about?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

the growth of staph.spp as seen in the culture and not sure of the quality of the semen and probably solution to improve quality of semen for optimum fertility

Expert:  DrRussMD replied 3 years ago.
The staph is a contaminant.
It is irrelevent.
The quality is fine for fertility.
Exercise, good diet, good nutrition, and wearing boxers instead of briefs enhance fertility and sperm quality.
