wow sounds like you have an epidemic of a viral gastroenteritis infection at your restaurant.
you need to call your local health department in
and you need to bleach down your whole restaurant and clean everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the service tables everything.
you might even have to shut down for a few days until everything is cleaned and everyone is better.
no one returns to work with symptoms of diarrhea or vomitting.
everyone has to wash hands before and after everything, food preperation, using the bathroom, touching money (which is very dirty).
this can be a big task,
but you have to take charge of it , or no one will feel safe eating at your restaurant

the health department can also help advise you with regards to how to clean and when staff can return back to work
all old food has to be thrown out as well.
