Hi Doctor,

I am feeling really tied all of a sudden, it came on yesterday, I cannot concentrate and my vision has really gone bad too, I can barely see a person from accross the room, I am lacking concentration too. I have a really uncomforatble feeling in my chest and even if I walk up the stairs it feels like I have run a marathon absolutley so tired and heart beats so fast. I am also loosing my balance as if I was drunk. I cannot focus on anything, please help me.
