Relist: Inaccurate answer.
The question is what is the best serological method for the laboratory diagnosis for chlamydia infection in infertile couples and sample can be used
Expert:  DrRussMD replied 3 years ago.
Hello
Sorry I misread your question.

You would want an IgM/IgG antibody test.

This would be a blood test.

Can you further clarify your questions?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Okay thanks.how can it be done, I mean what strip can be used, procedure and can I do it as a student for my project

Expert:  DrRussMD replied 3 years ago.
No
It has to go to a lab.
Blood draw and sample.
There is no home test that is going to be accurate.
The couple would first be screened with the blood test.
If the woman is positive, the a cervical smear would be done.
In men, a urine test.
They are all lab tests.

You can not to the testing yourself.
