I'm seeing a clinical psychologist at the moment and she has explained to me about cognitive behavoural therapy and my cd is from her to manage my anxiety
well thats another thing aswell, i wouldn't feel comfortable if my medication had to be increased because I don't want to still be on it in say two years time or less even. i'd prefer to start slowly coming off it soon
ok, would you know of a few therapy's that are out there that have really worked for people like me
I'm pretty sure thats what my cd is on, taking breaths in and breathing out slowly and tensing different parts of the body to help understand the difference between tension and relaxation. would there be another form of cbt.
